Unsere Unterstützung / zwingender Ablauf

Durch unsere ständigen Reisen nach Kurdistan, in den Irak und auch nach Jordanien und dank unseren langjährigen persönlichen Kontakte zu den massgeblichen Entscheidungsträgern in Politik und Wirtschaft können wir Oelkontrakte mit der SOMO vermitteln und zwar innert kurzer Zeit und zu sehr lukrativen Konditionen.

Sobald uns seiten der interessierten Käufer die erforderliche Originaldokumente vorliegen, so unterziehen wir diese einer ersten Vorprüfung auch Vollständigkeit und inhaltliche Richtigkeit. Falls die Unterlagen vollständig sind, leiten wir diese zur SOMO weiter.

Sobald die SOMO die Unterlagen geprüft hat, erfolgt eine Einladung der handlungsbefugten Käufervertreter (mit unserer Begleitung) nach Jordanien, wo die die Kontraktrahmenbedingungen vorbesprochen werden, aufgrund dessen der Kontrakt für die conulting fees unterzeichnet wird. Anschliessend erfolgt die polizeilich und militärisch gesicherte Weiterreise ins Head Office der SOMO in Bagdad, wo der Hauptvertrag abgeschlossen wird.

Beachte: Vor der Vertragsverhandlung mit der SOMO in Amman (Jordanien) werden seitens der SOMO keine offiziellen Papiere ausgehändigt. 

Erforderliche Unterlagen

 

CONDITION TO REGISTER THE OIL COMPANY (BUYER)
IN SOMO for the Purchase of Crude Oil

 

1. A C.V. of the company has to be presented including the registration of the company and a full company profile should be included.
 

2. The oil company must have a refinery owned by them at least of 45% of the shares of the refinery.
 

  • a complete profile of the refinery should be submitted including financial details and the capacity of the refinery, required refinery information:
  • a/ Refinery Code
  • b/ Refinery Capacity
  • c/ Refinery Storage Capacity.

     

3.    A letter from a first international bank should submitted mentioning the financial capability of the oil contract the oil company intends to sign. By mentioning the quantity of crude oil the company intends to buy, payment terms: The payment for each cargo shall be effected by means of an irrevocable, confirmed, documentary, revolving, unconditional letter of credit to cover 100% of each shipment clean and clear USD from top 25 world bank.
 

4.    A letter from the oil company to be submitted to SOMO making the request to buy the intended quantity of oil to purchase, kind of oil and indicating the port loading (Basra or Ceyhan).
 

5.    Document to be submitted should be original and not copys, not by fax or e-mail but couriered or hand delivered.
 

6.    When signing the contract the company has to open an L/C direct to SOMO.
 

  • Items 1, 2, 3 and 6 have to be confirmed by the Iraqi Embassy in the country of the oil company and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the company’s country ore by the embassy of Iraq in Switzerland or Austria!
  • All these documents to be in three original copies.
